A little peace of mind

Request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, items must be unused. ToothForm covers return postage. Contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions and arrange postage. Approved change-of-mind returns qualify for a refund of the product amount paid.

Questions or a return request?

Use our contact page and include your order number if you have one. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, contact us for help. The 30-day offer and unused condition do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections. Remedies for faulty products may still apply after 30 days. For Australian customers, we reimburse reasonable return costs already paid if we confirm a problem covered by consumer guarantees.
